Yeah it was definitely awkward and like the entire focus was on them in BB8. Then in 13 Evel Dick had to leave (I think because he was HIV positive if I remember correctly) so not much in that one but also awkward at the start between them I do think you might like him I thought he was kinda ehhh, not a fan but he was fun for the season pretty much & I didn't hate him. Deeefinitely pretty trollish but also hella grouchy/mean throughout Dani+Dick relationship was a howl and also how pissed off some of them got at him and vice versa

Yeah really gotta find ways to keep it fun / stay motivated after it starts to just get repetitive Actually feeling/seeing some results is also really nice for motivation and I'm hella ready for that

Yeah it's a good one for sure. 3 hour limit to get in and unlimited entries (unlimited for the entire field & for individual entries). And yeah for the mooost part anyway. Also I did flop today a bit... went for the bigger ones but only 2 again, this $250 one that's every Tuesday and the usual $100 one I play. Flopped miserably in both Like I guess I got somewhat close in the $250 but it just wasn't my day, couldn't get anything going - nothing unlucky this time tho just lackluster cards and never got going to potentially win. But I played a bit of cash games just now and ended with a +$50ish result & did good with sports today so not as bad at least.

Yeah I was gonna say it must be a really big/popular tournament tho, do they have a specific number of places in it or can people just join when/until they feel like it? I guess there are pros & cons to both lower/bigger $ although you def seem to get the right mix

Yeah it's really frustrating to get THAT close and I was feeling good about it / felt like I'd keep the hot streak going and then boom really unlucky and I'm out one before winning anything, all the effort for nothing. Also the Blazers getting DESTROYED added to the annoyingness big time but yeah whatevs it's all good now

Yeah it always feels best right when getting into it and I'm pretty ok with getting the motivation for it once I do start a consistent routine (but then over some time I'll end up slacking again once I start getting content/bored/etc. )

They've been pretty good now that the playoffs have started. Like I said they were simply not caring during the season / even resting top players during some games because they were already the #1 ranked team 100% and didn't need to try until the playoffs. I do feel like they'll choke (not win the championship at least when they're one of the top projected ones to do so) BUT they'll definitely be a good competitive team no matter what And NOOO NOT you liking the Lakers after they're destroying my Blazers !

Yeah like idc much if I lose multiple entries at it & then I still have a chance to win some/all of my $ back or get one of those big wins for cheap It's still a pretty tough one tho just because so many people but I often do get my money back or better, just tough making it allll the way to those big wins too often. Bit easier in bigger buy-in tournaments because fewer people to get through (but the level of play is better/tougher in those tbf so it all does vary)

What's the hoover strategy exactly? But yeah I've had so many messes of not getting it when I could have and then it goes loose and I don't get it at all (I mean exactly what happened when I ended up getting bit by the black widow too )
