That's true, also they've got knife crime to try and stop every day now

My friends are even more paranoid than me though, like they're scared to drink in the streets in case there are police around bc it's 'illegal' but they don't give a **** as long as you're not causing trouble anyway

I'll literally throw anything(especially if I'm drunk cus I don't give a **** then) or like leave a can on the side of a window sill or something, I always get paranoid there are gonna be police around and come for me though

It's weird because I'd never throw like a can of soda on the ground but since it's small, if I toss a little wrapper it doesn't bug me as much

Yeah it's like that in the UK too. They are even down lots of the small streets. It's really annoying when there's not one anywhere around the area and I've definitely been guilty of littering before because of it #judgementfreezone

    15. Using public trash cans:
"If you see an American in Japan, they will frantically look for public trash cans. The absence of trash receptacles is something unfounded in the US, and they become confused at the idea of having to hold onto their trash for extended periods of time."

Is THIS true in the UK too or just Japan? Like in the US there's a trash can at the end of every street corner (usually both corners)
