It's a bit less busy but nothing too crazy. But if you go during a special time it's always wildin' (like it's packed around Halloween, New Year's, etc.) idk about Christmas Eve because I think I've NEVER gone exactly on Christmas eve/day just because I'm home with family then. Gone a few times just before Christmas tho and also on New Year's eve a few times and it really is a NICE vibe/atmosphere Like the casino(s) itself aren't normally toooo different but the spirits are high, lots of good energy & fun from everyone etc. Yup plenty to do tho and even the same things still feel different with each experience, I feel like you've said the same about London / those Christmas markets especially

Really good combo with the poker & Blazers doing well at the same time, such a feel-good night And lol yeah feels like my one good thing about 2020

Yeahhh it's hella good. Fizzy like a soda or seltzer drink and just a really sweet/tasty cherry flavor. Actually way better than any juice or soda. I've not had one in so many years tho. I'd say it's kinda like the kid option at some bar/pool etc. area.

Ahhh yeah we had candles throughout the house, it felt like such a strange time Luckily I think it was during the spring or so, so the weather wasn't too bad to deal with. And the gameboy with Pokemon game was my ****ttt as a kid so when that all happened it was a nice flashback to childhood during one of my later teen years

Ahhh that's cool, is it like less busy during winter months or not much difference?? Omg just before Christmas would be a vibe tho (tbf like everything is). I can imagine it'd just be fun going whenever tho/even so often because it seems like there's so much to experience there & wouldn't get too samey or anything.

Omg yeeees @ another win Amazing prize for 1st place At least the year has been good for something with all your poker stuff lol. Gahh your double winning today with Blazers too And still -$40 isn't too bad at all with that overall prize you got. Soooo good

Lol yeah it really wasn't bad, made it SO much easier to drink and still got me as drunk (although I did drink FAST yesterday tbf). Nope never heard of "shirley temples" before, just searched it before and it showed some actress ahhh But yeah the drink looks REALLY good. So it's like a mocktail or something then? Cocktail without the alcohol?

Omg a week That sounds aaawful. I honestly don't even know what I'd do for a day (at home anyway, in a city/town it wouldn't be as bad tbf). But still there's just so much/almost everything you need power for. Lmaoo oh yeah my cousins were really into gameboys when they were younger too but I don't think I ever used one tbh. We've only usually lost power for like hours at the most years ago & we just lit candles and used torches

Had another big poker win today. I just played ONE $50 tournament just to pass the time while watching the Blazers game & I got 1ST PLACE in it for another $1,100+ profit (~$1,125). Back to STREAKING again Doing so good in this tournament while simultaneously watching the Blazers have a comeback win >>>>> This has been a REALLY great gambling year, I hope it keeps up (literally just this second while posting this I lost a midnight $20 tournament for x2 entries tho so minus that )... I'm such a jinx tho gahh

I'm pretty sure it's been at least a once per summer thing for years now but I also go all different times of the year (winter a lot too for my/friends' birthdays). I was starting to go almost every month just before the whole covid outbreak happened It doesn't get old tho, so fun and so much to do / different experience each time

Yeah it's always really good to try to appreciate/remember/cherish those good times in the moment vs. taking for granted & regretting what could've been afterwards!

alhkjhshsfkj idk if I've heard of / seen anyone have that combo with wine You and your coke with alcohol tho ahhh. With cherryade sounds REALLY good tho You ever have shirley temples? (non-alcohol mixed drink) Cherry flavored & soooooo good, I used to have those all the time at a pool as a kid

Yup def had those moments of power going out and it's the WORST (I remember basically everyone in NJ losing power for about a week around 10 or so years ago (maybe a bit less), I forget the exact reasons why but that was tough to deal with). I can't even sleep during the day so idk what I was even doing, just like went out a lot and settled with being bored afff while home. I think I found my gameboy and got back into that actually

The harrowing difference </3 Ugh today I only had a small amount of vodka left & so I had that and some wine and the wine was just... disgusting Like I literally was finding it SO hard to drink it that I decided to try mixing it with coke and it actually wasn't too bad I think I said that I used to drink rosé wine & cherryade before and it was a pretty good combo too
