Yup I mean I kinda enjoy it regardless but drinking makes ALL the difference when at a club. But then again I'd say regardless it's probably just NOT for people who can't stand LOUD noises lol

BB + poker, sports + poker, music + poker = all GOLD (altho I prob don't do the latter enough ). So good because individually each one can get a bit boring for me over time but combine them and it's not bad at all even going for HOURS, just a nice mix

Lol same altho when I've been out I do still feel like the weather isn't as hot as usual for the most part. Maybe because I'm not moving so much from place to place throughout the day so that's why I'm not feeling it as much. A nice little breeze during a hot summer day feels like the greatest thing ever

Eh I think I take it in more with others cause I/everyone is just more into it and even with side convos I kinda just pay more attention to the game. Like at home I'll just get distracted on my laptop etc. while watching and miss a lot of parts (or like watching while working lately) so I don't pay AS MUCH attention and it's not AS hype of a feeling watching. (but I still LOVE it regardless... I think ESPECIALLY when NFL season starts ). Oh yeah I saw like a clip from a past game that they showed during one of these games and the crowds really do make SO much difference for the atmosphere too. Like I didn't even realize how big the difference was until I was able to compare them like that side by side. Crazy better vibe. The game quality has been very good tho which has helped me enjoy it a lot anyway

Ahh yeah it definitely gets better the more the show goes on. Live feed on first night is sooo dull because nothing really happens (I'm sure BBUK's even done this before ). Lmaoo yeah I can imagine though because you kind of have to listen properly to conversations and stuff and it just seems like it'd be difficult to watch that on the side while working and being busy with other things. Omg BB with poker though? Sounds like a combo

Yeah right, I've found it's been pretty warm outside here but there's always shade and it's fine esp with a nice breeze And I AGREE with it being a fine summer but also probably cus I've been outside WAY less than usual

Yeah exactly, like I'm not even surprised just disappointed. Ughhh that sucks, I guess that didn't help them but like idk I shouldn't have even gone for this game tbh especially with being 2 of my faves and even having a bad feeling about it with £10 on... soooo dumb.

Gahh I guess I kinda like watching sports/or anything on my own tho because I feel like I can actually watch/take it in properly otherwise not so much Anything casual is good but yeah still the hype of watching it with others/in that environment is a lot of fun

Totally, aircon just has that natural cool feel like a typical room during winter. It's been pretty hot like around the 80's lately but it doesn't even feel too bad when I go out. Just recently about a week+ back it was hitting 90+ so not too bad now. Not been a bad summer (esp being home a lot) and the summer is actually pretty close to over so whew!

For me if it's a soft sincere crying I can deal but yeah even then if it's constant it can get annoying tbf. I am HYPE about Enzo 2.0 & HYPE about this win tonight. Imma try to not start playing higher limits again cause I don't wanna go back on that path where it's like a massive up & down roller coaster nnn. Trynna keep going uphill to some extent

Yeah I've been keeping up with the feeds enough (well I'd say quite a bit I guess as I've been checking it at points every night and at times throughout the day too). There was nothing going on like the first 24+ hours, just same small talk every time you'd put it on, but it seems to be getting a bit more fun now. I've even tried getting it on my phone during work for a bit but that's just NOT going to work. It's just TOO distracting and tough to manage with work, like having to pay attention to full convos & whispering etc. But I think I'll still try to put it on here & there anyway just def can't be a consistent thing. The feeds are normally better later at night anyway than in the mornings/afternoons. I was also listening along at times during my poker sesh tonight and that was pretty good / something I've done in the past as well which works nicely.

Stuff like this just happens all the time with sports. It did just kinda have that sense where they've been doing too well / the Grizzlies have been doing too bad so a flip would happen. And a bit before game time it was announced that one of their players would sit out with a minor injury today to rest up, ugh.

I could get into almost any game of NFL/NBA if it just has that good energy to it and I even enjoy it so much just chilling at home watching it on my own (at home is when I kinda NEED to have $ on the game to reeeally get into it tho ). But yeah nothing beats the excitement of when you're out with a bunch of people watching a big game.

Ahhh does it stress you out or something or you just really don't like it? It's fun tho but I can see it just being annoying for some people and then even for me I don't ALWAYS enjoy it either like I gotta be more in the mood for it that day (but if not in that kinda mood then alcohol always helps )

Lol yeah I know what you mean. There's def not really a need to because the game will be enjoyable regardless and tbh there's just added stress while watching then too if you do. I don't like betting on my faves too much although will occasionally. I mean I see how easy it can be to get into a game though It IS fun and esp while out/drinking and hanging around others who are watching too.

Maybe you just never looked for them Tbf I never really have either but I'm sure there'd be something in Soho/city centre. Yeah I get why people enjoy it but ahhh it's literally everything I hate (aside from the drinking part ). Like a lot of people/crowds, dancing, loud music... omg I just can't.
