ok, if you can ask when you have time, cos I don't really like having anyone on ignore, it's annoying when reading threads. I just want this person not to pm me, I am not interested in his attempts to create aggro. I don't want to make a complaint, but he needs to stop I think I will send you the pm, then you will know what I am on about...

They can but I think you wouldn't get the notification and if you went to your PMs it'd come up with a 'this user is on your ignore list' message and you'd have to click to read any of it, I'm not 100% sure about that no notification bit though
