Tbh I wouldn't mind sitting through it with it on in the background/casually watching and seeing how entertaining it is Sometimes do that with football and I end up getting into it/kinda hooked. Yeah those smaller darts games are about 15-20 mins and these tournament ones are probably double that but it does depend... I could easily sit there for an hour+ watching darts tho

Even watched the game cause I was missing sports that much that even baseball was fun. Oh but it is SO weird without a crowd the atmosphere/cheering just adds so much to sports

I made my first MLB bet of the season today and won it Just a $10 one and I only even bet on it because my site had that same UFC promotion again except with points scored, so you get a $5 free bet for every point your team scored. Got the bet win for $7 & they won 4-1 so getting 4 free $5's which I'll prob combine for one of my NBA bets when that starts next week

LOL your luck will turn around But yeah there's no way you should try poker without at leeeast learning properly/for a while. For a newbie at the game / someone who doesn't know it, poker is literally the WORST form of gambling you could attempt. It's like horrible to play for the noobs / great to play for the vets because of how much skill is involved vs. pure luck.

You will grow to LOVE American football! (& realize it's far superior to rugby ) But tbf these sports like NBA/NFL/MLB might be too long for you to sit through I do love how darts players go through a game hella quick (like 30ish mins generally it seems?) vs. hour & a half minimum for my sports, like 3 for NFL/MLB
