In all honesty I'm not a big fan of alcohol either (I prefer the effects than actually the process of drinking it), fruit cider might be good for you cus it basically tastes like a fizzy soft drink.

Basically I was going to tell you when I was walking the dog on Christmas Day in the morning there was this young guys outside their house and they were drunk at like 10am and they thought my dog was a reindeer, it reminded me of you.

Yeah Usually helps the day to run more smoothly and being around family all day can be kinda annoying after a while so if you're drunk you won't care
