Yep those casino games are so random that it's really easy to lose a lot on it over time if you keep going back to them. When you're actually there tho should deffo do it just for the hype/excitement I think I spoke ages ago about a small arcade area in London, had mostly slots and lots of fairground games, bowling and other stuff too. Didn't spend because I'd just spent like £30+ on Xmas market but that's somewhere I wanna check out at some point. Looked soooo fun/good atmosphere

Yeah routine is so important for it to be consistent I think. Tryna stick to timings and stuff so that I actually make sure to do it every day, but sometimes by the time 5am comes I just wanna smoke and chill. Going to bed later though now like 8am ish (after my parents get up )
