Ah right, I used to do something similar and go pretty fast ish for 5 mins then do fast walking and switch between those for an hour but I realised that I prefer slow paced consistent jogging Walking is such a draaaaag and not really that effective?

Nope, I was literally watching the clock for the majority of the time I used to listen to music whilst on the treadmill which is the best way to do it, if I go outside I reckon I won't need anything though... it's staying in one place/area which is kinda boring. What sort of speed do you go? I go pretty slow to make sure I don't burn out really fast because I ain't used to it

Yeah I'm already really missing the walking/seeing places/random things that happen. Especially because my area was pretty interesting/entertaining, the high road was always full of drama... on my very first week staying there I experienced a woman pushing a supermarket worker (who was a man) into the shelves and they all fell down (she was mad bc the security threw her daughter out and 'assaulted' her for stealing) and then the police turned up. Another time I saw a security guy tell a woman to leave the shop bc she was trying to steal and she went and bought a big bottle of lucozade and threw it all over him kslslkdlk I LOVED the drama there!
