Yeah that is true I think, you've gotta be pretty consistent with it. I'm sure just a couple of weeks off can set you back quite a bit I wanna get into some sort of exercise routine because just yesterday I was like... ehhh it can wait until tomorrow. Like in London it's so easy to walk around because there are places to go but here I'm gonna have be more motivated

Lol yeah my grandad was like that. He used the treadmill at first then the novelty wore off and it's just sat there now. Ahhh not 15 years ago, you should try and fire it up again

Yeah I used to do it quite a bit before, usually cakes or soft cookies, but sometimes even pies or something similar. My mom used to make this lemon one that slayed

Ahhh not moobs I've heard that like when you work out and stuff you have to keep it up pretty well or else you kinda just lose muscle quickly? Not sure if that's true though My mom suggested that we could walk around the block and I... no I might see people I know So deffo the garden for walking/jogging.

OH we used to have an exercise bike here but I never really used it. Have you actually used it since you bought it? My grandparents have got a treadmill but lbr they ain't gonna be using it so they should probably just give it to me

Yeah it's just the 3 of us so it's pretty quiet/chill and I can just do my own thing or spend time with them... whatever I'm in the mood for really so it's good.

Ahhh not you not knowing the name Is the benching like for muscle/to be toned or something? I just tried it out for a month once before and I really enjoyed it (only used the treadmill though for like 80% walking and 20% jogging or something ), but because I've got a fairly big enough garden now I was thinking of starting doing a bit of jogging potentially. So you not done any exercise/gym stuff since corona started then?

It was just 2 hours long, it went by soooo quickly. Yeah I've got my old room/bed and my own bathroom too. I've spent the day just sort of chatting with my parents and getting drunk lmao... I've actually really enjoyed it. It's been nice to catch up and we've all gotten on really well/had good chats too. It's literally SO good to have my own space again
