While both of them are universally hate on the forum and are considered two of the worst of all time, i prefer 12. It contains one of my all time fav hms and i feel it's very underrated and underappreciated. While the cast wasn't good, Production and tasks were fantastic. Although the editing was a mess.

15 had an amazing start and the first 3 weeks are probably my favourite. the bullying and bitching is uncomfortable but it was compelling tv. It declines after week 3 though.

Overall i prefer 12 but i think you should go with 15 since i think it will maintain your interest more

I'd recommend either 12 or 15 for your next first watch.
