I have just created a thread linked in with Tibb General Election, I am thinking of running for office if someone backs me, mwahaha.

I know, and believe me there's nothing I hate more.. As a child I saw my dad being abusive to my mum several times.
However, as a very (perhaps overly) forgiving person, I like to think that people can change and feel genuine remorse over their past.
Jim's spent most of his career off his face on either drink or drugs and has probably said and done things he regrets.
He might prove me wrong before the series is over but currently, I have to say, I'd rather be in his company than the rest if them.

I like Ollie, Liz and Jim, and that's it

I've surprised myself tbh.. I've hated him for ages! I'm willing to give him a chance though
