There were too many dropped threads and loose ends. I'm sure they had certain aspects planned out but a lot seemed to be mysterious things / people thrown in for the hell of it that they eventually couldn't answer.

Lost WISHES it had its future seasons planned out! Westworld is the first show that's spurred me to ever speak ill of Lost, its like Losts true successor but with the mystery aspect handled so much better (so far at least)

Apparently they've got a 5 season arc mapped out already

We'll probably get the Samurai themed park at least (which ironically wasn't in any of the movies ) the sequel was Futureworld but I wouldn't really want that on the show because I love the contrast between the period setting in the park and the futuristic atmosphere in the headquarters

Fun fact. The Gunslinger actually had a cameo Easter egg in the show

Isn't it funny seeing the main guy fleeing from the Gunslinger when you know how the TV show links those characters

..but that’s not to say their grandparents and aunts and uncles etc aren’t fully accepting of their sexuality and they’re all totLly supportive of their love etc...but just some things maybe slip out of ‘comfort zones’, so that was very much in the consideration as well...that they wanted all to equally enjoy...anyways what I’m badly trying to say because you and I have very similar thoughts about Ann and Shane J etc and his ‘displays’ of what might have felt uncomfortable for her and not what she wanted to see...have we been too hard on her and lacking in consideration Nd understanding..?...
