Tbh he's not a bad person but he just doesn't have a story arc whatsoever and instead just stays annoying and whiny the entire time. They could've done a lot more with him.

I was the same with Gus before watching, I knew he was bigged up to be an incredible villain, which he 100% was.

I'd have to say BB edges it out of pure consistency. It honestly never gets bad, whereas GOT has a few dodgy patches, especially towards the end of its run.

yeah those three are easily the standouts. Gus is an unreal villain but I think he doesn't show up until like season 4??
