Ahhh that would be so messy playing when drunk I can def imagine it getting intense and people just being a bit careless. I do get what you mean tbh, I do enjoy the flavour/smoking shisha in general but I really like the vibe as well just passing it around it reminds me of when I used to smoke it with a couple of guys every day and night at one hostel, it was so fun and we had some great convos etc so I think it's like memories too. and yeah I get it @ how the vape is smoother tho.
