Just put in a blank disc and copy and paste the video files into the Disc (like a memory stick), you can usually save up to 4.4 GB on each disc and each season of amazing race varies from 4 GB to 6 GB so on some seasons had to use two discs to paste the video files on.

You should try it, it saves searching for them online and you can watch them any time. It takes a while to download the torrent though but it is worth the wait as you have all the seasons then
