it was really stupid, they did this flash sideways thing which was like an alternate reality where all the characters were in the real world doing different thing, like sawyer was a cop, then all the alternate reality meet up at this church and turns out that's purgatory and they're all going to heaven together, they didn't all die on the Island, they all died at different times but because there's no time in death they all met here to go to heaven together............mmhhmm
