i successfully installed the ps5


oh, so you can't install ps5 games on the external game drive since it recognizes it as ps4 game drive, but you can transfer it if you want to save it and not remove it entirely to the game drive apparently, but you can't play ps5 games from that game drive


ps4 games are looking smoothly on it too, i notice faster loading speed and enhanced visual graphics tbh, but i will more notice the real difference in october when i get LiS4 i think


very nice to see such smooth and slick visuals even in games like telltale walking dead or batman, which are a lot older

it arrived for me just now, gonna install it tomorrow morning, taking my time with this, i mean this is something you want to take your time for, and do it thoroughly

i do need the data from the ps4 though, unless DLC is also in my account i mean i paid for certain bonus episodes tbh in LiS Before the Storm: Farewell, Life is Strange True Colors: Wavelengths, and some telltale games i had to manually download most episodes

i'm going for a PS5 console, but i have the time, i've reserved the life is strange 4 game already, which releases on 29th October


do need to find out whatever my account password is LOL, although i could change it maybe and write it down with pen and paper, because i'm also gonna do the data transfer thing from ps4 to ps5 regarding my addon/dlc content


only 9 games not compatible for ps5 and let that be games i don't have so every game i have i can play on the ps5 as well

so PS4 games are compatible on PS5, good to know, if i ever want a PS5 console, i don't need to throw away my old games then, and my external hard drive to keep then as well
