Well you've been to that place now, so I'd either discuss it with her before you get into bed, or just go for it when you get into bed. If you don't talk about it until you're in bed, then she may think you don't find her attractive.

If I was you, I'd stop trying to get too much advice from people on the forum. You know what feels right, and you're both consenting adults who find each other attractive. Do whatever feels right and nothing else matters.

You really do have a heart of gold, and you have to put yourself out there and be prepared to have it broken. You'll be fine, just do what you want to do, not what anyone else thinks you should do. Take charge of your future, don't wait for it to happen.
