Kind of, yeah. A mix between Big Brother, Shipwrecked and Survival of the Fittest really. Each season has a slightly different format.

This one, for example, is UK vs USA. They compete in a team challenge, the losing team nominate one person to enter the proving ground. Then, the Top 3 (or volunteers) from the winning team nominate one person from any team to also enter the Proving Ground.

In the Proving Ground, the two inside have a head to head challenge. The loser is sent home, and the winner is given the choice of sticking with their team or moving to the other.

I feel like i will be on my own as well, my friend as not booked her tickets yet and hasn't given me an answer she was meant to book them when i did and looking at the seating plan some randomer took her seat but i'm still going

Really good! And now there’s more and more UK Stars joining it’s getting better! Half the cast are British this year which is fun!
