I've fought many wars in my time. Some I've fought for land, some for power, some for glory. I suppose fighting for love makes more sense than all the rest.
Slaves are made in such ways. The last time Waldorf spoke of peace I was a boy. And many Brotherhood nobles, who would not be slaves, were lured by him under a flag of truce to a barn, where he had them hanged. I was very young, but I remember Waldorf's notion of peace.
