Yes. Consistency is the key. I am not conistent. A day out equals 3 meals a day become 4 meals and 3 snacks in one day. Hence the lack consistency and a day standing in Queues at Greggs. |
I take snacky things with me to work, but it makes me feel a bit **** after. I might try and take my own prepared big salad or something. Like a meal like that is better than well snacks I think? Its just that not the way I look but you know I just want to feel good in myself! the feel good factor! Instead of stomach pains now and again and constapation! lol

I think different foods affect people differently. One food can be worse for somebody than for somebody else. Just know what is good for you. |
