The Killing of Sister George for Scabby perhaps?

For those who haven't seen the brilliant film, The Killing of Sister George is about how a broken old has been Dyke actress struggles to keep and looses her partner to another broken down old Dyke! Now that would be interesting if one of the others hit on KEEEEEVA!!

Only trouble is, the book is extremely bias and was written almost as an insult to the current government at the time - so it really isn't a great 'pro elitism' arguement, since it was written by an elitist. I'm sure Ben realised this, he just hopes the others were too stupid to (which they are)

The book was criticism of communism by a socialist. Orwell was a famous socialist... not an elitist.

Anyway... I think Ben's next review should be Ken Kesey's 'One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest'. It's been particularly relevant in the house, I think.
