What I call a turnip, my father calls a swede, so I now use the Scotts word, Neep to avoid confusion.

If you dice the neep, you boil it for as long as you cook potatoes. You then drain the neep, add black pepper and mash it.

Add mashed potato and haggis - absolutely lovely :hugesmile:
