I think the producers thought they'd hit the jackpot with the whole Rob Vs Russell thing and giving them a bunch of pawns to their disposal, but frankly I'd say over 70% of fans would just like a good cast without any gimmicks.

Rewatching my favourite season China atm. Everybody added something to that season. :love:

Jeff said to give it a chance in an interview (I think he's surprised about people being annoyed about Rob and Russel) but he said it's in his top 5 seasons, he's normally honest about good seasons and bad seasons so we can only hope.

I'll still watch and probably still enjoy it just can't be bothered with Russel.

They have not sold this series to me, think I'll give this one a miss. I finally think survivor has had its day. :sad:
