Good review :)

BB1 is a brilliant series i just wish some of the younger members would come and watch. I think they are under the impression that its this tame, boring show but this aint the case...AT ALL.

Day 12 Andrew really is so cocky and sure of himself,he has no idea he is not liked that much.Thomas dull,boring and talks in monotone too much but a nice enough lad.Caroline is jelous of Mel and seems to think the voting should have been more divided with mel choosing the boys to nom and sticking more with the girls.Mel just seems to get on with the boys better,not sure if she is flirting deliberately with them or just genuinly prefers male company.Nick starts his game now with the lies about his wife,not sure why he did that cant remember.Craig seems a genune,real average intelligent lad.One thing that stood out for me was how close the beds are in the girls room and how small the bedroom is considering the house was quite large in those days.Editing seems to be fairer than of later years with no obvious viewer manipulation as to who to vote out,just down to personality and preference.

Day 13 The memory task was hard but simple and effective.Bb was obviously in charge of the house and was taking no foolswith only one wrong answer allowed.Darren just cracks me up with his adversion to the chickens but i still like him.Andrew is really showing his game playing now with Nick pushing to make sure the boys and in particular himself dont get nominated.The amount and extent of what they say about noms is cutting it very fine.Not sure what the rules were in the earl years but then they have changed so much as regards to nom talk.Mel is dividng the girls again but i think she really does just get along with the boys better,a bit of a tomboy.Nicola's attitude is selfish and over powering and she is very stubborn.I am amazed to see that BB allowed her to do so much art work around the house.The divide is getting stronger with Craig now causing a few rifts but Nicola is one not to get on the wrong side of.Although compared to later series this is a basic layout and design it somehow doesnt seem as basic as i had remembered it to be except in the bathroom and bedrooms.My favourites are still Anna,Darren and Craig is growing on me now.

SO HERE'S THE FIRST EVER BIG BROTHER EVICTION!!!

DAY 15

Eviction part one-I think this is where they start to realise they are in the house for some time and emotions are now running high with the meeting they are starting to open up more.Andy still thinks he is the top dog.The girls are still not liking Mel for getting on with the boys better.Davina seems so enthusiastic and keen to be doing the show,she also seems to be less scripted and more casual about the whole thing.I like the way she links up with the house and she doesnt tell them not to swear.The studio setting is great for the interview.They showd the percentages of voting before the lines closed too. Part two-The house and the evictee Sada were happy and Caroline behaved as tho she had clasped victory over the boys for staying.Love the way the press had already labelled BB as "sick,perverted and pornographic".The crowd were manic but mostly of good spirits and not much booing.Sada behaved well in her interview and had a good attitude to the whole nomminating thing,seeing it as part of the game,shame they have not all done that in later years.I liked the casual interview with Davina sitting next to her.I am amazed to see that Mel and Tom were the early favourites.Nick really is a game player,although he meant no harm to anyone.I do like Nick but Caroline is gratting on me now.

Day 15 recap episode-darren is not taking to the chickens roaming around the garden.like the fact the girls have slept outside.BB has given the house the first nomination reprimand about discussing them and influencing others.BB seem to be much harsher with them back then and really means what he says.Nick is shaken by being given a reprimand and tries to cover it up by smoking and chatting to Craig in the garden.He knows he has talked about noms.A painting task has been given to the house to paint someone else in the house.I like the fact that the pictures were put on the wall in the house.BB gives out more alcohol.Craig is starting to appear more in the highlights today. Am i the only one watching BB1 atm? Thanks for doing it anyway but it would be nice to have some company.

DAY 16 - 17 Psychology show

Loved this episode with the psycho babble wish they would bring it back.The eviction seemed like a real event back then.Nick is still talking noms and talking to the cameras BBLBC style like in BB11.Cycling endurance task very basic but well organised.The group given discussion topics which gives an insight into the housemates more,this is something which should be done more often.Nick seems to be getting the others to like him even tho he is sly and manipulative.a really well edited spisode with a balanced view of all the housemates.Love that Darren has lost his phobia of the chickens too.Such good memories watching this again

Days 4-7:

I like how this ep starts off with a reminde rof who the HMs are and shows what they've got up to briefly. BB12 could do with a weekly catch-up show like that in case anyone misses an ep or for the bookies and punters to still be in the loop and get people interested if they don't wanna watch the show on a daily basis.

Nick's a sly dog in more ways than one lol. Was that a subtle way of him getting Andrew and Mel to turn on Craig? Hmm? The Day 4 HLs were a bit too brief. At least the task got them bonding.

I get the impression Tom's finding it hard to get involved that's why he's taking his time. Andy and Mel seem to be getting close. Now I want some pancakes.

I reckon that would piss me off when people start rationing food. I get so pissy if there's no food and if people start dictating how much I eat. If we're low I'm not against going shopping but in that house it must be irritating. Ooh - Andrew's the one who asked "Who's the most useless?" Didn't see that coming. The tit.

Darren has a phobia of chickens?!?! Oh he's in the wrong house. LOL at his face in the DR. Lmao at veggie Sada: "Who would you eat if you had to eat someone?" and at her asking mosquittos to leave. She's bat-sh!t lol.

So Andrew's aware of Nick and he's confronted him about it. If this episode wasn't so condensed it would've been good to hear it more.

I liked that episode cos it had a lot going for it but I don't understand why it was only half an hour when it crammed in 4 whole days worth? Looking forward to the next ep though :)

Woah! Talk about a blast from the past. Hehe, I remember my mum being concerned about me watching this when she seen it had nudity. I must've been about seven or eight then. She used to watch it every night though. :p
