I think a lot of it has to do with the singing style of Misha. The whole 'Aretha sound' can be very abrasive to the ears, and Misha isn't an attractive person to watch whilst singing, when compared to, say Rebecca Ferguson or Alicia Keys. They might say it's all about the voice but I have a little way of explaining why Misha wasn't popular.
If the top 4 worked at Tesco Customer Services, you would imagine that Marcus would be the friendliest and the most helpful, followed by the Littlemix girls. Then Amelia, who might keep you waiting while she checks herself in the mirror but in general would be helpful. My perception of Misha is that she would reluctantly serve you whilst making it blatantly obvious she didn't want to. She also comes across as the type of girl who would push you out the way in a queue.
I know that whole analogy might sound stupid but this is a popularity contest as much as anything else.
