Why do you not have self respect if you decide to get your tits out on national TV or otherwise? Why? Why is it such a bad thing that's looked down upon? I don't know how to explain it, but it just doesn't make sense when you think about it properly. How can it mean you don't have any self respect when it's something that is just socially unacceptable, but that doesn't mean it's wrong?

It doesn't harm anyone. The only things people should be worried about in society is things that do hurt people properly, things like murder, rape, torture etc. Those are the real problems, not older women getting their tits out and behaving like younger women (not that there should be any difference with how they act).

Giving consideration to her children should be things like not revealing any of their personal secrets on national TV, but I don't see why her getting her tits out should be looked down upon. It's time that people stopped being so uptight about stuff like this, because that's all that it is. There isn't a problem with it when people think about it properly, people just think there is because that's what they've grown up with, but as with most things, that doesn't necessarily make it right.

I do get what you're getting at. But kids will be kids and I would expect he'd get a lot of stick for it, it's just the way it work. Kids don't particularly care for social concepts and what not, if they see a target they will go for it. And she has just put a massive target on his back with that stunt.

I don't think it'll have that big effect on her son, he's only 10 and probably doesn't watch the show or care about it, and tbh the stuff they talk about on Loose Women would be just as embarrassing with their innuendos and their talk about men. It kind of reminds me of BB12 when a few people were going on about Aaron being a disgrace to his son, except then everyone was going on about how ridiculous an argument that was

The difference is that Denise is on TV and is well known so the parents (in particular the mums) of the kids who go to school with her son will probably have watched Loose Women and CBB and their kids will have heard all about her floating boobs by now. I'm not that old that I can't remember the playground gossiping we mums did about other kids' parents:joker:

Disgusting thread.

Being so verbally abusive about someones body or figure is just cruel, vindictive and very very below the belt.

*Dislike

Stop being silly Daniel.

There's no way on earth I would have been cool with my mother getting her boobs out and cavorting with lads young enough to be her sons, and if the apologists on here are to be believed they would have no problem with their own mothers flashing their bits at their mates. Yeah......right:bored: What a load of utter codswallop.

There's such a thing as social propriety and decorum and not inflicting on an unsuspecting public sights they may find offensive. I think you'll find it's actually an offence and if you don't believe me, I dare the apologists to strip off and display their bits on the high street, on the bus, in fact any public place which doesn't have a national audience the way CBB does. Let's see how long it would be before you were marched off to the local nick for indecent exposure.

If people don't wish to observe social norms and respect for others' sensibilities I suggest they take themselves off to a remote cave somewhere where they won't offend people who don't share their proclivities. We haven't yet reached the stage of depravity in society which allows people to do what the hell they want and sod everyone else.

I do understand what you're saying, but the thing is at some point, someone has to attempt to break the model. If nobody does then things will never change (which they need to).

If other kids use it against her son then they should be dealt with accordingly, as should always be the case.

In my opinion, Denise isn't the best person to break the model lol I'm sure there is better ways to do it than embarrass yourself on national TV. The only ones who were cheering her on were some of the lads.

She wasn't verbally abused, we were discussing her actions.

I wouldn't want my mother to go on BB in the first place tbh, or be on Loose Women either

I'd be perfectly happy with my mum doing that. Not that she ever would, in fact she probably takes the same stance that you do, but if she ever did I'd have no problem with it. She's just as entitled to have fun and act how she wishes as the rest of us, her age doesn't change anything.

The only reason people look down upon such actions is because nobody is used to it. People are used to models getting their tits out in magazines like Nuts, but if a 50 year old woman were to do the same it'd be seen as disgusting. And why? There's no reason why...other than people believe it looks unattractive. And that's just a ludicrous excuse for condemning such actions.

Whilst this is true, it shouldn't be. Why should we have to cover up? If people don't wish to why should anybody force them? Considering all people would see is nature...people's bodies, what exactly is the problem? It doesn't harm anybody. Yeah...you might not like what you see, and not find it attractive, but I see people (as does everyone) every day that I don't find attractive facially, but that doesn't mean I want them to cover their heads with a paper bag. Let's be honest, that's only the real reason that people have for wanting people to cover up. I'm sure back in the stone age people got on perfectly fine without the need for clothes.

And before someone jumps on me and assumes I'm suggesting we all walk around naked, I'm not. I'm merely saying that people should be given the choice and in a fair world we wouldn't turn a blind eye if someone walked down the street with no clothes on. Imagine a world like that, where people weren't looked down upon for anything other than committing serious, dangerous offences.

At the end of the day, we shouldn't take away people's free choice to do what they want, so long as it doesn't put anyone in significant danger. If it's not putting people at risk or harm, I don't see a problem. And having to see a pair of tits is not harming anybody.

Hardly a disgusting thread. I like watching an old trollop like Denise make a complete and utter arse of herself, there is some rather 'evil' humour in it for me mixed together with a sense of revulsion for her utter lack of self awareness & lack of dignity - after all, isn't that much of the premise of BB - the viewers laughing at what they find amusing, and being repelled by what they find vile. I'm saying only as I find - shame you don't agree all the same, but plenty of others do, so I'm not too perturbed either way.

So you are prepared to upset the citizens of our multicultural society who don't share your laissez-faire, libertarian views? And how would that work? When will people understand that one person's human rights are ALWAYS going to infringe another's? The only way around it is to frontally lobotomise all human beings at birth so none of us have free will, but grow up all thinking and believing the same things and sharing identical values. Until that day arrives, if people want to live harmoniously in society, they have to compromise and respect other people's views and sensibilities.

How can I verbally abuse someone who isn't actually here or isn't actually reading this? :joker: Besides which: she put herself up for it: it comes along with her cheque.

I disagree with making fun of anyones bodies, its wrong in my eyes.

Its a fact that its wrong so i dont know how you can argue with that.

An opinion that is not shared by all it would seem.

Mabye if she learned to cover it up there would be nothing to discuss. :idc:

Most people would agree with me that basically calling someone disgusting based on their physical appearence is wrong.

Wether it be in school at work or on the internet it can cause major problems for the individual its aimed at.

Not cool.

Slate her for being over the top, needy, annoying yes but not for having "saggy boobs" or looking "rough as hell" its just a pathetic thing to do.

Yes i and i will disagree and pull you up on it whenever i feel the need to. Its such a cowardly thing to do to sit behind a computer and rip on a woman in her 50's for not looking like what you feel is attractive

Disagree till your wee heart is content, but you won't ''pull me up on it''..... that's what opinions are for now and then.:spin:
