I'm really bad at reading books, I read a page and my mind has wondered elsewhere

I'm really surprised to learn that, given that you are a teacher, that must be difficult trying to get your F.L. students to concentrate if teacher finds it easy for mind to wander.

I don't read books while I'm teaching

I never said my mind wandered when I was teaching. I said it wandered when I read books. If as usual, you're looking for someone to pick a fight with, go and find someone else.

It was a comment - if teacher finds reading books makes her mind wander, I'm surprised - especially when teacher has to motivate students to read books to learn - hence why I said that must be difficult.

It was a comment fruitcake, you know....as in genteel conversation.

Mabye you should learn the art of converstation fruitcake. It's fairly easy.

I buggared all my back teeth up with that for years. Got one of those crappy protector teeth shields to wear..................... cue one very wet soggy pillow for years.

I never go home after a night out in the morning because I feel extremely guilty seeing people getting into public transport to go to work after I spent the entire night having fun, so I usually go home at 5am max.
If a movie lasts 2 hours, It's gonna take me at least 3 to watch it all because I get impatient and pause it, do something else then watch it again. The same with magazines, I'm gonna read the same magazine 4 or 5 times to read it all.
I read shampoo's labels whilst I'm showering.

I do that too. Ever since I was a kid. It makes me chuckle to myself when people must see me walking down the road and then I'll suddenly veer off course to avoid the three drains at the last minute as I realise just in time that one is there. :laugh:

Can't have a shower or bath for longer than 15 mins, it makes me feel faint

The same happens if I walk into a dark room after being in the light (or vice versa) I get dizzy and have to lay down

I can't brush my teeth after just eating something. The thought of crumbs and toothpaste in my mouth makes me feel sick.

short nails, ugh i can't. I hate the feeling of having them

I cannot go near the stick in the middle of the ice cream. It makes me shake just thinking about it.
