Default Stupid things you do/don't/wont/cant do

For example..I don't use metal cutlery *shudders at the thought* so I use plastic cutlery at home. I guess if push comes to shove and i'm having a posh meal that requires them somewhere I'll do it.. hate the metal on my teeth :|

I can't deal with plastic scraping on plastic. Nails on chalkboards doesn't bother me but plastic knives on a plastic plate... oh god I'm shivering thinking about it.

It's just the tip of the iceburg but I'll start with three, so I don't sound too mental;

1.Can't put things on or near eyeballs (won't even wear eye make up and if I have to use eye drops it takes me an hour to psych myself up)
2. Can't touch food when I'm chopping/peeling it ( I have really sensitive skin)
3. Won't walk on three consecutive drains (it's a local thing, more habit really)

Don't walk on 3 grids, don't walk under the sign things.

And if I'm watching a match on the TV (and it's Liverpool), and I look at the scoreline in the top hand corner, I always have to make sure the the teams name my eyes make contact with is Liverpool before I look back down at the match, otherwise the other team will score.

When it comes to walking over drains I have to walk on them making sure I step on each one with just one foot, so say for example, 3 drains, I'd take three steps, each step on a different drain.

I need the TV volume to be on an even number say, 24, 26, 28 etc. No odd numbers

Things pretty much need to be neat'ish in my room else I'll have to rearrange it. Used to have pretty bad OCD but I've been really laid back about it this year at Uni.

When I'm watching tennis and the player I want to win is on screen I say 'c'mon!' but only when they are on screen, if the other player comes on screen whilst I'm saying it then the person I want to win will lose the point So I have to be quick

The volume on my living room tv has to be at 23.

I dont like finger nails running along a carpet (like if I'm picking something up from the floor and my nails run along the carpet I get a weird feeling.

I'm really picky about fresh food so I throw my bread out to the birds if its been open for more than 1 day even if its nearly a full loaf.

Can't do anything remotely 'housey DIY': ie putting up shelves, curtain rails etc. Hopeless, utterly hopeless. Great at making things though.

Won't do: cutting the lawn - pay to have all that done.

Will not cook a fresh whole chicken. Have never done since I was about 22 - it was 'off' and never again could I stomach the stench.

The 'puff air in your eyes test' at eye examinations to test for Glaucoma (I think it's Glaucoma). I physically retch and gag at the thought of it and have had to sign disclaimers in the past because I just cannot get past the terror.

Refuse to: have my teeth cleaned or attended to by the hygieniest without being numbed for it. Costs a bloody fortune: but it's that or nothing - that's how terrified I am. Pathetic.

I'm a picky eater
My room has to be to a certain state. And everything has a place and needs to be in it's place.
I have a obsession with keeping my books in order from tallest to smallest.
I've got a obsession with my bed being an even amount between the walls both sides...

Oh... that reminds me.

I boak if I'm served baked beans and fried egg and the yolk has run into the beans. Just something utterly bizarre, randomness - cannot stand the taste of them together, and the sight of it makes me gag.

I have this compulsive urge to tidy other peoples houses if they are messy
Don't think I could ever do a bungee jump
Like all my DVDs etc in a tidy line with all the titles the same way
and people picking their noses makes me feel sick, lol.

I dont have any odd habits really.

Except for that I will allow myself to feel sick for hours, even days...if it means I wont actually BE sick. I will fight it until it goes away. Or until I cant actually fight it (which hasnt happened in years)

Pisses me off actually, because most of the time I know I would feel instantly better if I just threw up but I wont actually allow myself to do so

I can only touch certain types of paper. I'm fairly ok with regular every day paper but certain types which are a bit more rough make me shiver and I get goose bumps and my teeth start to tingle. Though normal paper can do that to me to if it's in certain places like if it touches a carpet. If I go to pick it up and the paper scrapes against the carpet the goose bumps appear again. I'm getting goose bumps now just thinking about it. Other materials can do the same to me as well when I touch them.

Art in school for me is a disaster

EDIT: like that brown book paper, I can't bare touching that so I don't really read books anymore. I can't read it properly because i'm too busy shivering.
