Mouldy cheese...vom
|
Why would you add vom to mouldy cheese Kizzy that's just plain ridiculous what on earth
No but I think it's great :amazed: |
If forced to pick, cheese would exist over chocolate, but only just barely. Recently gruyere has been number one. Been having Jarlsberg swiss as well which I use in salads. And Havarti. And... on special occasions, shires of England (5 County cheese layers) which is a dreamy blend of perfection. I pick apart the layers to try the different ones, singularly. Some are better than others...

Mature cheddar >

Mozzarella is great on pizzas but horrible in anything else.
Have to say I am quite partial to parmesan as well |
So many different kinds I like on different things. As a cheese to eat on it's own (with crackers), must be Wensleydale.
