Rachel won because for that series, and that series only the public voted for the 'nicest' housemate. She was so incredibly kind and supportive of her other housemates, and her victory was so beautiful in that it credited someone for being a good person. She was such a good role model and she was so incredibly sweet. She had the highest IQ of the BB9 housemates, she had the nicest personality, the nicest smile. She was the only female HOH. She had the whole conflict with Rex which was fascinating to watch not to mention the whole ordeal about her VT. When she needed to stand up for what was right, she did. When Dennis called her fake she confronted him. When Sylvia, Jenn and Bex were bitching about her, she confronted them. She also wholeheartedly supported both kathreya and Mikey which was so incredibly kind and genuine. Best female housemate and winner ever. :worship:

But on topic, Siavash is the only housemate i've ever hated. In the words of Munchkins:

Siavash was a prize prick - he went around with no respect for anyone else, and single handedly ruined Lovely Hira's chances, by refusing to nominate - which he did repeatedly, thinking he was some sort of cool dude, when in reality he was just pathetic he should have been removed for his blatant rule breaking, and instead he got 2nd.. travesty he got so far. he refused to nominate 4 times - i mean its absolutely ludicrous he wasn't removed. :worship:

for me: Billi Bhatti, Darnell, Mario (BB11), Maxwell and Saskia are the only ones I loathe.

I disliked Lisa because she bitched about poor innocent Rachel and called her kindness fake :(

Personally I take a dislike to people who are 'nice'. I don't know how better to explain it, but if a person's main trait is 'they are nice' and there is no other way to describe them, to me that equates to 'they are boring and this is the only thing I can think of to say about them' and most of the time they end up being fawning sympathisers to deranged people who suck them into their drama because they are 'too nice' to show any emotions other than 'nice' emotions. Does that make sense? So you had Kathreya being a complete sociopath, as well as Darnell, Mo and Rex being misogynistic towards Sara, and 'nice' Rachel did nothing. She wasn't a truly nice person, she was a passive person who happened to be nice to some people, and that's the difference, for me anyway.

You come across people like her in life all the time. She has loyalty towards people that she calls friends just because she doesn't know how to get out of toxic friendships and therefore acts supportive towards people who don't really deserve support. I just think her winning was a complete slap in the face to the series, I really don't think she deserved it at all in terms of what she contributed to the series - but I'd have been angrier if Mo, Darnell or Kat had won it. I just think once that series started to turn into a one sided bloc vote I started to hate those guys and was rooting for Sara to overcome the odds and beat them all. Mikey and Rachel were the least offensive housemates left so at least Sara beat the housemates who were picking on her, but I still think it was a dumb result.

I don't give a **** about any of these people after they leave, I may retweet the odd house-mate on twitter, but that is it, no long term hate.

It's mainly the celebs as you sometimes still see them on TV, like Sonia and Denise Welch :bored:

My most disliked house-mates though are Conor/Becky, Jay, Josie and John James, Lisa and Charlie, all of the whisper club (mainly Bex), Brian Belo, Sezer etc

Yeah I should mention I don't hate any of these people actively... but thinking about them reminds me of how much I hated them when they were on TV, if that makes sense. I'd probably get on with all of these people if I met them in person, but on that series of BB, absolutely despised them!

That's a good point actually, I never really looked at it that way before. Brian Dowling was my favourite HM of all time and he was "nice" but I've ever actually used that as a reason why I liked him

Hate is such a strong word ammi, what about dislike... or unappreciate then?
For those with delicate sensibilities.

I'd probably say Nathan, the one from the series with Shabby and Caoimhe, or Kris of course is another.

Conor is the absolute worst housemate of all time. I genuinely think he would have hit some of the insiders including Deana if there were no cameras, judging by how disgusting and threatening he was on the house and on Twitter. No other housemate has crossed such a line for me

Other housemates I hate for having vile personalities (couldnt think of another word :hmph:) are Mario (BB11), Jennifer (BB9), Rebecca (BB9), Dale, Stuart, Marcus, Sezer and Dennis. Also hated every housemate from BB7 in the first week or so for their treatment of Shahbaz

Housemates who I hate for simply being twats, who probably aren't that bad in real life, are Aaron, Siavash, Sree, Rodrigo, Arron, Sam Pepper, Ashleigh and umm a few more I can't recall

Me. I Am Salman 10-06-2013 05:17 PM

was looking at Wikipedia to remind me of any housemates, didn't know that Sam and Amanda were only 18 on entry

As soon as Conor mentioned his dick-wrist trick I knew I'd never like him thereafter.. Kirk too.

I have never hated any housemate at the start and kept hating them. The ones I hate I end up liking and vice versa.

My most hated housemate has gotta be Lisa bb10 though. I started to dislike her around day 3 IIRC. I thought she would be great when she went in
