my hair looks really dry and ugly on wash days, so much better when it's more soft and workable on days where i dont wash

I wash it with shampoo usually every 2nd day. And use condition about once a month.

Every other day but I stopped using conditioner a couple of years ago, I found that it gave my hair more static. I use a hot oil repair treatment once a month too...

My hair looks so retarded after I shampoo it. It's all puffy and dry. The natural oils are good for your hair, and after you shampoo it it takes a few days before it looks halfway decent again.

About to do it for the second time today now, I do hope it's not too bad for my hair but I like to keep as fresh as possible

I give my hair a good rinse every day and I wash it properly every two or three days.

Every day, I didn't used to I've been doing it for years now and I can't go back.

I literally do it every time I get a shower or bath which is everyday, can't imagine not doing it!

I wash my hair every day but I don't condition it, it's soft enough as it is, conditioner just makes it feel waxy.
