How often do you shampoo and condition your hair?
I am having a war with myself at the moment, I always feel like I have to shampoo and condition my hair every day but I am sure that's not good for the natural oils etc.. It would be interesting to know how often others do it.
Also I can't survive without conditioner, I get the worst static hair ever and it drives me crazy, do you all use conditioner every time you wash your hair?
