With my husband 17 years my junior, I'm so happy to see another age gap. Exactly! People for some reason have this idea that men and women are different, that men are just "horny dogs" but women are somehow above it but it is not true... just a social perception. Women and men are pervs, in exactly the same proportions. Of course not ALL older women are interested in younger boys but not ALL men are interested in younger women either.

The difference I guess is that no one really bats an eyelid if an older guy admits being attracted to a woman in her 20's, whereas it's seen as "weird" for a middle aged woman to be attracted to a young male, and so maybe it's traditionally been more common for them to hide it :shrug:.

Some of the older women who come into my work, early in the morning to place their little £1 Irish Lotto bets, are incorrigible flirts :joker:. Totally shameless some of them. It's just a bit of fun but yeah... there's this totally false idea that it's only older men.

In fact I remember it going right back to school age when the age gaps were negligible. People found it totally normal for an 18 year old (or even up to 21 or so) to be seeing a 16 year old girl. But people were like ":omgno: WEIRD what's that all about??" if a 17 year old girl was with a guy even just one school-year younger.

I don't fancy Bear at all I think he's quite ugly,I DID like Jason,i thought he was lovely, I do find Harry Styles attractive but he is the only really young one I like tbh, I mainly like men my own age

I think most women of a certain age, even if they found Bear attractive, would soon lose that feeling, once he opened his gob and showed what a foul little prick he is

I'm in my 40s (OUCH that sounds so old lol) but don't look it. I still picture 40-somethings as old, forgetting I'm there myself.

I HATED Bear, certainly didn't fancy him, but now I do. Same with Marco - he was more compelling though.

I wouldn't touch either with a bargepole - that's what maturity does for us, but it's cos they're who I would have gone for 20-30 years ago.

In my head, I'm still 25. I dated several 20-somethings in my 30s and 40s (despite much preferring older men).
