Ooo look at you getting deep. Sometimes I reckon youre not as thick as you come across Bazg, I reckon theres something bigger than a peanut knocking around in that little old head of yours.

Whats happening with Jesus then? Do we have to start pretending he's the son of God again?

Also, what's that Titanic bloke doing mucking about in Jerusalem digging up bodies. Shouldnt he be making films?

It's all about theories isn't it, we can't possibly be 100% sure of the truth. That'd be extremely interesting if it was the tomb of Jesus though - and Mary Magdalene, about whom there have been so many further theories. If you look at all the holy books, they all have similar underlying principles, but of course with differences as well. I personally think a lot of it is to do with the fact that they were revealed in different time zones, and perhaps got distorted and changed by people as time went on. Which is why every time a new 'prophet' came to Earth, the message was revealed again. Some religions believe that Jesus was simply a prophet, sent to give the message, not the son of God or God himself. That would explain to an extent why he had a tomb! But either way, it's all a bit brain-boggling and only when we find out more about these mysterious tombs etc. can we make more deductions.

Oh, I forgot to limit my vocabulary for small minded idiots like you. You cannot even hold a meaningful conversation without resorting to cheap jibes (just like you made me do, you puppet master you)!

There was a stunt like this last year, about an elleged stone inscription about jesus, revealing how fake christianity is. It turned out to be a fake made by two Israeli professionals.

I think the same is with the tomb, there trying to put the final nail in the coffin for christianity...

Mrluvaluva 28-02-2007 02:12 PM

But these tombs have been authenticated to be approx 2,000 years old. They are not fake. That's the difference.

I refuse to believe anything that comes out of a hollywood producer...

I guarantee there's a conspiracy, this wont get no-where apart from an oscar and some money for that producer.

OMG! Thank you so much Bagz for this article. I found it really interesting. Its a really facinating story but its too much for me to understand let alone beleive that it is really Jesus in that tomb. But it is a really great theory and i cant think at the moment my brain is hurting. Im going to watch that programme - will be really amazing!

I would like to announce iv done some research and that, with todays resources for creating new technology.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO FAKE THE AGE OF AN ELEMENT!!!

Carbon-dating which is the process scientists take to verify how old something is. Is done by scanning that object, and seeing how much Carbon-14 is in that object. (over time Carbon-14 is reduced in an object, allowing us to know how old that object is.)

The thing is... and the reason why scientists aren't so excited about these finds is that, corporations with enough money, can get Carbon-14 into that object to fake it's age!!!!

It's a conspiracy to break christianity once and for all, so the corprate world can fully exploit people. I hope the number of christians do not reduce by these fake Headline grabbing crap.

Mrluvaluva 01-03-2007 09:03 AM

I'm still sceptical and the programme should be an interesting watch.
