Theres going to be such a fuss made over this. And the 3x 'I am a real woman!' crap (Whats meant by 'real' in this context?)...India is clearly going to try for the sympathy vote by this conversation. Unfortunately for India, India is not actually very likeable and does come across as very self centred and Indias style of arguing leaves something to be desired. So sympathy vote will not be forthcoming I don't think..

Cannot wait for the drag queen guy to go in now.

That's just a possible explanation.

Why does she have to act feminine to be recognised as a women? There are plenty of manly women I would go calling them “he” same for feminine guys.

It was just a theory. Plus she is well over 6 feet...

I do feel for India but she has to acknowledge it is an easy mistake when you talk about being male (at one point) so regularly.

Yup.

Why can’t you wait for Courtney to go in, because you think she will confront India? I actually think Courtney and India will get along because Courtney will be someone who can understand her as she has transgender friends as long as India doesn’t push her away.

Some of them are shocking. So many 'freak' and such. Really no need. See that is what I would say is transphobia. Nasty namecalling like that. Not acknowledging that transwomen are male, or occasional 'misgendering'..as so many seem to think is transphobic.

I am sure India is very proud of her struggle/battle (sorry not sure what the right phrase is) and so she should be she has been through a lot however, I really hope we get to know 'her' as a person as all we know so far are 'the operation' and 'hasn't spoken to son in ages' & 'hasn't dated in a very longtime' would be nice to know more of her as a person her character...

When the ladies were all sat around the dinner table having a deep conversation India piping up with ' this is CBb not panorama' i found incredibly rude after she said that you could cut the atmosphere with a knife... I do hope there is more to India than her transition

I think it will be interesting, knowing Indias views on drag queens, and from what I have read about this Courtney (never watched drag race so never heard of him) he will stand his ground when India inevitably attacks him.

So it looks like it's going to be a theme for this series more than female in general....

One good thing about it - finally a real drama about real things, it's being a long time since BB created this kind of social experiment.

Ive got 2 daughters and regularly call them by the others name, they don't stamp their feet like a petulant, demanding child . India needs to learn to get respect in this world you have to earn it,if she thinks because she had her meat and 2 veg off she has to be treat with kid gloves and the people who have paid for this vanity based op are not going to pass judgement on her, she's going to get a lot of wake up calls

Courtney is so lovely and I’m sure if India isn’t confrontational and explains herself then her and Courtney could be friends but if India carries on slagging off Drag Queens and isolating herself then she is doing herself no favours.

Umm yeah. I don't think this is going to happen. India appears to live for arguments and offence

Would Love to see Willam Belli enter instead of Courtney. He honestly would take none of this crap haha

smudgie 05-01-2018 05:00 PM

Perhaps her fixating on her gender change and really talking about nothing much else doesn't help.

Why is there so much talk of gender nowadays?
Does it matter so much that your whole life revolves around your gender?
Just be who you want to be yourself and accept others for what they want to be, can't be that hard really can it?

ethanjames 05-01-2018 05:02 PM

I do feel for india as this is probably the last place she expected to be misgendered but I do think once again it was a slip of a tongue not that it should be allowed or anything.
