To be fake to the long video, the other guy in the video (the channel owner it seems?) does talk about there being no point blaming people for not doing anything and not reporting things, because the police have a tonne of reports and statements that they can't act on because of underfunding and understaffing meaning they don't have the resources to build a proper case and make arrests.

And the interviewee says he isnt aligned to any political party.
