My question would be why the sudden secret visit. I honestly suspect the Queen might not have long left... strikes me as a "we need to go and see her now or we might miss the chance" visit.

I think her having Covid
at 95, made her more tired

i would like to see them all reconciled personally. In what are probably the queens final days, all the family should make an effort

I agree to be fair, I think they'll likely ALL regret it otherwise. There will be those who want to paint it as "no only Harry will have regrets" etc. but that's not really how families work is it.
