If people are assumed innocent until proven guilty then how come so many people get locked up.....

The innocent before guilt is a load of hogwash.....The reality is people are assummed guilty and if it is a dangerous crime they are locked up

That does seem to be the case, and if they are aquitted, they get zip, even worse, billed for board and lodgings.

I was just saying that that's how I believe it should be. With guilty until proven innocent, anyone could accuse you of any crime and you'd go to jail for it.
