If your boss is turning a blind eye then he is as disgusting as the flasher. Same applies to the police.......

Never the less don't let the police get away with negligence......Some of them can be thick lazy b*****ds. Keep on complaining to them.

Do your best to avoid the character. Don't attempt any assault on him as the police are stupid enough to prosecute you instead.....
