Depends what the meal is you have. If you have a rotation method of meals with sufficient carbs (jacket potato), protein (fish, chicken), fibre (special k, but also snacks like ryvita etc) - then you're fine. Plus the benefits of fruit and veg (iron in sprouts, broccoli... green veg, and potassium in bananas, vitamins in acidic fruit like oranges).

MrGaryy 10-04-2009 04:03 PM

Yeah but don't you need like a certain amount of each those things a day? And you could only fit one portion at most of a couple of those things in one meal.

Not enough to cause a health deficit if you manage it correctly on a rota. One meal would be something like a jacket potato with tuna and salad. That's carbs, protein, iron. Fruit for snacks too. You get the calcium in the milk with the special k, and fibre in the actual special k too.

It's only really a good diet for those who watch what they're eating, otherwise it'd probably cause a deficit if they keep having only special k + pot noodle for their meal LOL.

LOL

I kid, I'm good hehe.

If you pull your arms back, crunch your shoulder blades together - does an even better job. Although I don't know why I'm giving you this advice LOL.

30stone 10-04-2009 05:27 PM

And i agree with andy.

A bit of excersise with push ups or small weights to tone up is good instead of being skinny.

Uh i you mean a row pretty much that does back?

And thing frontal based in the chest area will perk up boobs.
like push ups...

Lauren 10-04-2009 05:32 PM

Nah, I can't describe what I mean very well. Basically pushing your chest out but whilst tensing - meant to firm up boobs - not sure if it does pecs for men.

30stone 10-04-2009 05:38 PM

Possibly yes.

If you could like find a picture or somthing would help?

Lauren 10-04-2009 05:40 PM
