Default The special K diet (lol)

Has anyone ever attempted this?I`ve been doing it for the past week and I`ve lost 4lb which I`m quite pleased with.Basically you eat two bowls of special k per day and one meal. You do this for two weeks and your aparantly ment to loose weight. Its really not as bad as It sounds,I`ve found it surprisingly easy

Does it have to be the plain special k? Also, what kind of meal do you have for your one meal?

I had Special K for Brekkie and Lunch then for dinner I would mix and match from, Baked Potato with salad, Veggie Soup and Stir Fry.

Ladies! Love your bodies..

Best to stick to 2lb per week only, plus be active and do push ups and sit ups everyday, be lean not skinny!

Start now and in 3 months you can show off the new you!

Break: Special K.
Lunch: Tuna salad/pasta..
Tea: Special K.

(if need to snack between meals then drink water and eat friut.)

Push ups? Surely that'll just broaden shoulders and arms? We don't want that! Hahah.

Sit ups is the way forward for a toned stomach.

No you will only tone up, just stick with 10-15 (2 sets)
It is about keep the body toned! You don't want to be unhealthy skinny, not sexy and will do harm.
