I don't really mind if the Snapped people come back to life, but those who died before really should stay dead, especially [1] who was killed by strangulation. [2] and [3] were argably killed by "magic" so they're return would be more likely, but I'd still say no.

The ones who disintegrated obviously aren't dead but I don't want Gamora or Loki dead so even if it won't make sense or whatever I hope they come back

Also the whole of Winter Soldier. Although I guess that's closer to straight up movie action than comic book action... However...tbh... Age of Ultron Sokovia battle is better put together than airport battle. WAIT... Actually... The airport battle isn't even the best action on civil war itself! Cap and Bucky vs Iron Man is better. This is all fact and not opinion so. |
I haven't even seen Civil War welp

All those DC films are such boring, nonsensical clusterfukcs, that even the "good" elements are soured by being part of such garbage. |

:amazed: Marvel's action sequences rarely come close to be honest. Full of shakycam and a bad habit of cutting away on impact. Just a shame Snyder can't put together a cohesive film :hehe: |
Is Sucker Punch the one where
Spoiler: If so I couldn't finish it, but I'll probably give it another go at some point. I see Marvel v DC fight scenes as similar to Original v Prequels of Star Wars. The OT has okay but limited action, made exciting due to what the fights represent and their role in the story. The PT has technically better fight scenes, but it means less because the characters aren't as developed. That's just a loose analogy though. I enjoy the PT movies for what they are, I just see DC as dirge. |
DC gets a bad rap because it's more profitable to hate on DC for the clicks and it's more profitable to support the MCU.
BVS was not great but it was in no way shape or form worse than the first two Thors or the Iron Man sequels. I think the only truly bad DC film has been Justice League and that's because DC was trying to emulate MCU. MCU tends to get away with a lot that other franchises wouldn't. The villain problem is a huge one (which thankfully seems to be getting better after Spiderman, Black Panther, Thor and Infinity War) as is the fact that basically every hero has the same personality bar one or two quirks, they are all witty and sarcastic and some characters like Tony Stark and Doctor Strange are basically the godamn same character. |

Justice League's number one problem is that it started trying to emulate Avengers half way through its production... The tone of the film is totally disjointed and it shows.
Another major issue was them trying to play catchup rather than just going at their own pace, meaning they went full throttle into Justice League without much buildup. There should, IMO, have been a second Superman movie and a standalone Batman movie BEFORE BvS, plus a standalone Flash origin movie after WW but before JL. JL itself could then have spend more time on Cyborg in the opening act (the character is wafer thin), plus they could have gotten "bumbling Flash" out of the way in his own movie, allowing him to be inspired by the others in JL, opening up a second Flash movie where he's closer to full-ability. And they should have skipped the actual live Atlantis scenes with Aquaman with him (or the villain himself) only verbally referring to the fact that Steppenwolf must have been there to get the box... Which would then lead into the Aquaman film following JL (the attack on Atlantis prompting him to get more involved). Oh also, they should have kept Suicide Squad dark and had it after the majority of these villains had been introduced in other movies (Deadshot / Harley actually IN Batman, etc.) "Rushed" sums it up best, I guess. |

Doctor Strange is literally just Iron Man with magic instead of wealth. Same character archetype, same character journey, similar personalities. |

To be fair I don't really have a problem with them being similar; it would actually be pretty UNrealistic to get together a group of, say, 10 random people and have every one be a totally unique and distinct personality. Some people just ARE similar. |
I can't remember which reviewer/YT ****poster said this, but can you imagine the DC movies having a 30 minute subplot where the characters make an axe, and have it be fun? Could and would never happen!
