I havent tried that, once my breathing goes I can calm myself down (with a lot of help from Red) because I know that the panic is manifesting itself in my breathing. Its the run up to the attack thats the worst, it can last all day. Sheer dread comes to mind and body and sometimes there are no reasons for it.

I think that once we are out of this house and away from the city things will be a lot easier. Plus I will be near my family which is always nice.
Our buyers are dragging their heals and our vendor wont wait much longer which is really stressing me out :bored:
