That's a promising uplift especially on that 460k episode

Interesting that the eviction was the lowest show of the week lol

Big Brother- 628K (5.2%)

Beat BBC1 and Channel 4 and up on the previous week. Late and Live got 357k (4.5%) in the 10:15pm-11pm slot, it's highest since launch night.

It seems the shorter 45 min for L&L is working.

Noky's impact :clap2:

Yes i don't think the slight clash would have helped. Also i see the episode is still missing on ITVX due to issues, that wont be good for ratings.

*mazedsalv** 25-10-2024 10:44 AM

So this so called "boycott" did nothing. Well actually it helped it get the biggest Thursday rating which has been the lowest raters this year so far.

On multichannel, Married At First Sight UK was witnessed by 1.1m (8.1%), while Big Brother continued on ITV2 with 580,000 (4.3%)

So despite a series high for MAFS, BB still (with this boycott), ended up going up. This was 50k higher than last Thurs and 120k up on the all time low Thursday two weeks ago.

I wonder whether the 16-24 demographic, or ITVX viewership decreased because of the "boycott"

Don't know but either way
The ratings increase compared to last couple of Thursdays last night prove that:

1. The twitter people who were boycotting were so small that it did nothing,
2. Those who said they were boycotting actually didn't.
3. The people stating they are boycotting never even watched a single episode anyway.

I think it was a combo of all three.

Thanks!

I suppose we need to be grateful for a rating like that in these days

MTVN 27-10-2024 01:08 PM

Super TV never posts ratings anymore which is poor form, go onto his twitter now and all I get is his trash opinions

Where's that from? As I have heard nothing. IF that is true that's the highest since launch.

Supertv usually posts when his source his around, I have a source who hasn't posted in 4 days, so i can only depend on broadcast but they will update tomorrow.

*mazedsalv** 28-10-2024 01:32 PM

Izaaz's eviction aired to the highest rating since launch, as the show broke the 700k mark for the first time since the launch episode.

Friday:
Big Brother Live Eviction- 703k
16-34 share of 19.6%

Sunday:
Big Brother- 601k
16-34 share of 13.3%

An unusually high young skew for Friday's show.

Vanessa 28-10-2024 01:35 PM

That's good considering they haven't even added the online views yet. A lot of people watch it on itvx.

craigie2023 28-10-2024 03:18 PM

When will we find out the consolidated figures?

Boycott going well then :joker:

In terms of officials, we only got a bunch without devices (so this excludes a fair bit, maybe around 100k+ to add on), all figures are averaging out around 1m (just below or just above 1m), sounds low but with devices they should be flat on W1's ~1.1m

Also in terms of overnights, for the first time ever, in both BB and CBB, this is the first time there has been a week on week growth for 3 weeks:

Week 1. 599k
Week 2. 605k
Week 3. 620k

*mazedsalv** 30-10-2024 06:03 PM

636k last night.

Highest Tuesday so far and clashed 15 mins with Bake off too.

*mazedsalv** 02-11-2024 09:35 AM

Yet another high from Big Brother last night with both that and Late and Live getting their biggest figures since the first episode.

BB Live Eviction- 713k (6.0%)
Late and Live- 443k (5.5%)

MTVN 02-11-2024 09:52 AM

Thanks Salv! Do we get officials for the second week on Monday?

They are excluding devices and other platforms, so they are on Thinkbox but look low because it's not complete, they are averaging 1m, maybe 1.2m when other bits are added.

Mystic Mock 03-11-2024 10:22 AM

It's good to see that the ratings are going up a little bit.

I actually think it's been a decent series overall, not perfect, but I can see positives in ITV's version at least.

*mazedsalv** 05-11-2024 04:27 PM

Round up for last 2 days:

Sunday- 640k.
Highest Sunday rating

Last night, continues with 679k.
Highest highlight show episode of the series, only behind the launch and last 2 evictions.
