I'm not even sure he's got the public on his side yet, to be honest. Basing it on how much airtime he's gotten so far and is highly the majority of the entertainment value, I do think he'd receive a decent amount of support.

Just been watching clips on the homepage..most of them involve Bear and 1 involves Heavy D.
Bear is the worst housemate to enter the CBB house. He has no regard for anyone but himself..he is just vile to the core.
Heavy D is just an arrogant twat who thinks his laddish behaviour is funny...gross.

I've seen him being an absolute ass on Shipwrecked. Could deal with him on Ex on The Beach but I don't like him as a person at all

I loved Marc, and wouldn't say Bear is anything like him.

One of the main differences is that there was no anger in Marc, and he was often just being a wind-up merchant- a lot of what he did seemed tongue-in-cheek. With Bear, much of what he does seems to be done with malice and with an underlying anger. He seems to have a chip on his shoulder, and full of bitterness and resentment. Marc seemed to be fully calm and in control, whereas Bear seems to be boiling away, and on the verge of exploding at any moment.

Another main difference is that Marc carried out his wind-ups alone, and not as part of a group, which makes Bear's behaviour much less innocent. Finally, Marc wanted to irritate and antagonise, whereas Bear seems to target and intimidate.

Marc was comic value, whereas Bear leaves an uncomfortable taste in the mouth. Surely an insult to Marc to compare the two.

I do actually like bear for the drama he is causing a good bit of TV is what it's all about. He does seem a bit unstable though.

Wouldn't say Bear was my favourite HMs, but what I will say is, I think the media FB/Twitter see Bear as the devil, I feel there have been worse HMs over the years compared to Bear.

Yes, I agree,I don't mind him really so far.
As you say he there have been many far worse than him, even ones that have done really well in their series too.

i would say bear has been pretty grim considering we are really only 1 week in ... I rate him and that collective gang as amongst the most difficult to watch/enjoy and therefore it gets a pretty low rating from me.

I think the producers have lost sight of the basic principle, for me at any rate, is that it should be enjoyable to watch ... this just isn't.

As much as he gets on my nerves, the House would be empty without him. But he needs to respect others more.

He genuinely believes that he is 'God's Gift to Women' but he is NOTHING, and - believe me - in my day, he would have been on the 'outside looking in' and I do not think ANY woman would have given him a second glance. I do not know why he is so up himself about his looks when there are two FAR more handsome men in the house in Ricky and Lewis.

He is also a crashing bore.

His yob antics only really amuse himself (and his lapdog Heavy D) - another sign of his total egotism.

He is also MAJORLY two-faced - assuring Aubrey that it was 'fine' and hugging her after she apologised for the spitting incident, only to spend hours whinging to all the other HM's about it behind her back.
