Actually her 2ndand 3rd albums did well over here too :)

And she still sells a lot of albums around the world, maybe the singles don't sell much, but the albums do :wink:

Well I love Kate Bush and not everybody likes her voice so....

each to their own.

All artist have their day in the sun. Now its Gaga time. Longevity can only be proven over many years. I dont think Alanis sustained the success she had initially with JLP. She kinda became uncool very quickly I remember.

Maybe she is now considered cool in retrospect? I wouldnt know as I just avoid her voice.
