Also, the most satisfying death scenes, I think there are two that are in the running

Spoiler:

Ramsay & Joffrey

For me I found Ramsays most satisfying and especially how poetic it was that it was his own dogs killed him with Sansa watching on

Joffreys was great too though

Cersei's for me was the least satisfying

how could you leave out little finger .... i shouted out YESSSSSS at 2 in the morning :joker:

Ohhh yeah, the way it was done was excellent tbf but he wasn't anywhere near as hated/vile as the other two as characters, he was more like a sneaky rat

Personally I think that Little Finger should've lived, as should've Varys imo as their characters were positioned in a way imo where they could've ended GOT with them both about to start another political war against each other.

another good episode, much more complex character driven than GoT

Yes, and a Dramatic Ending.

Niamh. 13-09-2022 11:07 AM

More uncomfortable scenes but that's GOTs I suppose, we were always in for some incest with the Targaryens

Nicky91 15-09-2022 07:41 AM

Spoiler:

Rhaenyra wasn't wrong about Otto Hightower, i mean he had full intention of marrying of his daughter to the king, in hopes of her to give birth to a boy to be an heir, meaning his blood potentially on the iron throne

Spoiler:

Daemon's Wife, well she's too clever to be just some random *****, i mean she has spies in the streets, almost similar to Varys in GoT for example, i wonder who she really is, what family she is from?

bots 19-09-2022 07:32 AM

this was a great episode

Josy 21-09-2022 08:29 PM

I'm really enjoying it so far.

Although I'm not getting all the Daemon hype (not the character but all the people on social media drooling over him) he looks like a kneecap

Really ?

I thought they were just changing the two young girl characters/actresses so they could move the story forward 10 years or so ??

Really enjoyed that episode too, shame Daemons wife died, I liked her. I predict her and Daemons daughter will end up riding that massive dragon. The Knight Guard dude turned out to be a right **** and so did Alicent

Without giving too many spoilers it’s crazy how quickly we get used to the new actors/ actresses and forget the originals .

I do miss Milly Alcock though … she is so watchable and was brilliant in this role and also in that Upright series https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...f56e4a70a8.jpg

I know and his dad, I liked him too, that's going to be bad news for Ryaenyra as well because he was always giving the King sensible advice. That Larys is a real creep too, he's giving me sneaky Little Finger vibes

Still blowing ROP out of the water

The Slim Reaper 05-10-2022 10:16 AM

How great is this show? I know the spectacles of Hardhome and Dragons etc, helped to make GoT, but it was always the political manoeuvring and machinations that was it's bread and butter, and this is a worthy successor so far. Hopefully they can keep it going.

GOTs would have been good all the way to the end if they hadn't rushed it, the ending would have been fine if they took more time showing Dany losing her mind and getting to the "burn them all" point. I think the books would have finished it all a lot better especially if GRRM hadn't given up writing them :oh:

Well GOT had a few baddies but there is something sleazy and unsavoury about this new character. The other baddies were watchable ..

I agree, that's why I hope they can keep it going. D&D wanted to do other things and rushed to the end. Could have been the greatest show of all time. They should have let other people take over to finish it.
