I hope the ref gives Arsenal’s flair players a bit of protection

The reffing in England is ridiculously poor ..

He lets off Cucurella for 4 yellow card tackles yet books Saka for his first because it was out of frustration with ref allowing him to be kicked again .

The ref missed a fairly clear penalty foul on Thiago Silva even though he was looking straight at it .

He also let a Chelsea foul go then seconds later blew for an Arsenal foul which was identical .. no consistency .

Disappointed in Potter . Chelsea are the same old boring , fouling , spoiling, cheating team .. Main culprit is Jorginho who constantly leaves his foot in and feigns injury to win free kicks - he’s also nasty and cynical.. he went in to get the ball when Zinchenko was lying on the ground after being fouled and he simply booted it into the Arsenal guy ! He’s ideally suited for the Italian team - I’m so pleased he doesn’t play for Brazil !!

managing a team like chelsea with all its prima donnas is nothing like managing a team like brighton. I think Potter is finding that out

Zizu 06-11-2022 12:10 PM

More ridiculous decisions from the ref

Gives Aspli a yellow even though tackled with his studs dangerously high

Ronaldo is captain today

Ffs you should be celebrating Arsenal scoring, but nope, still whining about physicality in the game

Ha

Jorginho was so busy pushing his man out of the way he let the ball go straight past into the net :)

I am watching in delay so they hadn’t scored on our telly .. get a grip mate

Plus Chelsea aren’t physical they are cheating as the useless ref is allowing them to foul continuously without punishment

You need to get a grip mate, also crying about the game being physical

I don’t mind hard and fair .. Chelsea are not doing that - I hate the thought of a flair player getting hurt needlessly

More crap reffing. No way did Sterling deserve a booking for that challenge

Chelsea have been awful, don't get me wrong, but roughing players is part of the game, always has been, hopefully always will be.

Anyway, Chelsea have been utter crap today. I really don't rate this Chelsea team, ability wise i feel we're about 10th. Just a huge lack of attacking threat and a poor defence. Worrying times for Chelsea.

Don't be weird Zizu, an Arsenal LEGEND loved by every single Arsenal fan ever used to kick opponents all over the pitch. He was brutal.

You made the mistake of buying Sterling thinking he would be scoring as freely as he did at City where he got about five tap in chances every game .

He’s the most overrated player I’ve seen in years

Those were different times

Today Arsenal played beautiful football within the rules … Chelsea were simply spoiling all over the pitch because they were allowed to by a weak ref

I never was arsed about him, and i wasn't excited when signed for Chelsea, more hopeful. Not surprised he's been a massive flop

No no, lets not go down that road. Stop trying to kill the physicality in football. Most greats were physical, and it improved their game.

Within the rules .. after that we’re getting into the realms of Vinnie Jones’s Wimbledon team

like it or not, the rules allow for a more physical game this season. So the players are largely playing within the new rules
